rcount : record count

rcount reads text lines from STDIN or file(s), counts records and lists them.
The default record separator is newline.
With option -d you can use any perl regular expression as record separator.
Option -s is a shortcut for -d '\s+' which means: split data at whitespace.

usage: rcount [-d delimiter] [file...]
usage: rcount -s [file...]
usage: rcount -I
option: -d record delimiter (default: newline, may be also perl regexp)
option: -s records are separated by whitespace
option: -I show more information
